Project office “Project Implementation Center in the Republic of Karakalpakstan”

A Project Office has been established in the Republic of Karakalpakstan to develop three main areas: agriculture, industry, and tourism. The project office will work in such areas as the development and implementation of projects aimed at the socio-economic development of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the creation of new jobs through investments and innovations, ensuring employment of the population, supporting local entrepreneurs, and establishing effective cooperation with foreign partners. This structure will analyze the growth points of each district and develop a development strategy, showing and implementing what work needs to be done in the field. For example, in the field of agriculture, the cultivation of certain crops contributes to increasing land income. They will prepare and submit to the khokims projects for the processing of raw materials and agricultural products. Develops proposals for opening new tourist routes and developing infrastructure for them. In addition, the project office “Project Implementation Center in the Republic of Karakalpakstan” is engaged in the implementation and monitoring of investment projects, special control over the provision of employment and export plans, and the development of a regional development strategy with the involvement of reputable foreign experts.

Our task is to identify the economic, social, and technological potential of the region, to implement new ideas and initiatives in cooperation with the state and private sectors.

Our main directions:- Project Development and Strategy - analysis, development, and implementation of projects at the local and international levels;
- Working with investors - establishing a dialogue with foreign and local investors, creating a favorable environment for them, creating a reliable cooperation platform;
- Analysis and research - Sectoral analysis, market research and needs, study of demographic and infrastructure opportunities;
- Working with Entrepreneurs - Providing advisory and methodological assistance to entrepreneurs, developing entrepreneurship, stimulating youth and women's projects;
- Coordination and monitoring - coordination of projects with government agencies, FDI, local authorities and other partners, creation of a dialogue platform between the public and private sectors;
